Our experienced chefs cook high quality eels carefully selected from the best native "Hamana Lake Eels" every morning to serve you. Our Kabayaki eels (prepared by spitchcocking) by Kanto-style cooking method, which requires enough steaming before grilling, have thick meat and plenty of fat.
